Masterclass in Customer Service
These
are short Business Development programmes delivered either
as self learning or via focus group facilitation. There are
currently 24 such programmes each one is designed to develop
knowledge and ability in a particular
Business skill area. To give the user every possible learning
chance the system licence provides access to their selected
