Using the HRD Online system the programme consists of:

a number of ebriefings totalling 64 CPD hours (for self-study)
20 PowerPoint presentations
a Knowledge Test (for self examination) of 20 questions from a bank of 83
a number of suggested Goals for Action Planning
an optional 360 self and peer assessment
