General
management training programmes
This is a portfolio of 4 general management
training programmes for self learning. They have been carefully
designed with the busy small business
manager in mind.
The prime objective is to provided a
very cost effective learning solution - with the emphasis
on 'learning at point of need' - i.e. each programme contains
a spread of general business management subjects that will
enable the busy manager to dip in and out of whenever their
situation warrants getting knowledge support.
NB1: There is no duplication of content between these 4 programmes
- consequently the SME Leader can subscribe (over time) to
each progamme if their knowledge need requires such support
NB2: IF the SME Leader has need of more
in depth learning then we have a portfolio of 12 Business
Development programmes (BDP) - each one dealing with a key
business subject area. Whilst these add substantial additional
learning they do contained the content of these 4 programmes.
