Throughout UK industry National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ’s) have become accepted means of measuring a person’s competence to do a particular job. NVQ’s are critical to employers’ ambitions to develop highly skilled workforces.

AVA Training help businesses at every stage of the NVQ process, whether at basic NVQ Level One or highly skilled Level Four.

During the process you would work closely with a fully qualified NVQ assessor who would advise and support you throughout the process and provide regular feedback on your progress.

An NVQ is made up of a number of units, carefully selected by yourself and your assessor to match your current job role or areas you wish to develop into.
